About CloudFledge

Technology should adapt to specialised businesses

Not the other way around. We build the middle ground between software that does not fit and development you cannot maintain.

01 / Why we exist

A recurring problem worth solving

Specialised businesses are asked to choose between generic software that ignores how they work and one-off development that is expensive to build and harder to keep alive.

CloudFledge removes that choice. We combine reusable platform capabilities with industry-specific and customer-specific configuration — working at the point where websites, applications, AI and operational systems meet.

Research
Market and competitor analysis before design begins.
Ready to run
Real designs and working capability at the start.
Reusable
Every build strengthens the next one.
Vision

Make advanced AI and connected digital capability available to specialised businesses — without asking them to become technology companies.

Mission

Create practical, secure and maintainable AI-enabled solutions that fit the real workflows of specialised industries.

02 / Founder

Riaan de Klerk

Founder of Project10, IMS Foundery and CloudFledge.

Riaan de Klerk is an enterprise technology consultant based in Cambridge, Waikato, New Zealand, with a background from the University of Pretoria and a long-running focus on cloud architecture, integration and practical software delivery.

CloudFledge brings that founder-operator perspective into AI-enabled systems: start with the real business process, make the first release useful, then extend the platform only where it earns its keep.

Enterprise lens
Architecture, delivery and operational tradeoffs considered from the first conversation.
Founder pace
Bias toward visible progress, working systems and short feedback loops.
Practical AI
Agents are scoped to useful jobs, controlled knowledge and clear escalation.
02 / How we work

Six principles we hold to

They decide what we build, what we refuse and where a person stays in the loop.

Industry fit
Designed around the language, workflows and constraints of one industry — not an average of all of them.
Practical AI
AI must do useful work: answer, collect, schedule, interpret, coordinate. Never a demonstration for its own sake.
Connected operations
Websites, calendars, communications and business systems should work as one flow, not as separate tools.
Progressive adoption
Begin with a focused solution; add capability as confidence and need grow.
Managed simplicity
We carry the technical complexity so you can run your business.
Trust and control
You keep oversight of business rules, knowledge, escalation paths and AI behaviour.
03 / Where we are heading

A library, not a backlog of one-offs

Each implementation adds to a growing set of capabilities available to the next customer.

Industry patterns
Solution templates per sector.
AI agents
Configurable, with defined jobs.
Integration adapters
Calendars, CRM, accounting, ops.
Knowledge models
Versioned business knowledge.
Workflow capabilities
Scheduling, approvals, exceptions.
Governance controls
Audit, monitoring, escalation.

Practical AI, engineered around your business

Start with the part of your operation that hurts most. We will bring the research.
